At Arrotek, we marked World Mental Health Day on 10 October with a range of wellness activities focused on supporting the health and wellbeing of our employees.
As part of the initiative, we were delighted to welcome Daniel Davey from Davey Nutrition onsite to deliver a session on Health. Performance. Well-being.
The 45-minute session explored how everyday habits and routines can influence our energy, focus, sleep and overall health. Daniel shared practical advice on building better habits, eating for energy, improving sleep and recovery, and making small, sustainable changes that fit into busy everyday lives.
The session highlighted how simple, consistent choices can make a positive difference to our wellbeing, without the need to make major changes all at once.
World Mental Health Day provides an important opportunity to raise awareness and encourage conversations about mental health. At Arrotek, we recognise the importance of creating a workplace where employee wellbeing is valued and supported.
A big thank you to Daniel for sharing his knowledge and practical advice with our team, and to everyone who took part in our wellness activities.
