Arrotek’s leadership team has extensive experience in the medical device industry. They lead a dedicated team of medical device professionals across our three locations in the EU, US, and Central America, serving our customers across the globe.
Mark Pugh
Mark is the CEO of Theragenics, a global leader in minimally invasive medical devices, and he is the co-founder of Arrotek, a company that is now part of the Theragenics group.
Mark led Arrotek’s growth to the multinational organisation that it is today. He has a strong engineering background and uses his extensive commercial and operational expertise to lead a highly skilled team of medical device professionals.
Ger O'Carroll
Ger is co-founder and Managing Director of Arrotek, an industry leader in the design, development, and manufacture of minimally invasive medical devices.
He leads a team of dedicated medical device industry professionals in the US and Ireland delivering innovative, cutting-edge solutions to start-ups, medical device businesses, and many of the largest life sciences sector companies in the world.
Keith Spodek
Keith is a senior-level global supply chain and logistics management professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. His expertise encompasses manufacturing, distribution, operations, supply chain management, quality assurance, and process improvement.
Keith is the Site Leader at Arrotek’s US facility and is a senior member of the Theragenics management team.
Christian Segura
Christian is Arrotek’s Site Leader at our extensive, high-capacity manufacturing facility in Costa Rica. An operations executive with over 25+ years experience, Christian has a strong track record working for multinational companies in a range of industries, including the medical device industry.
He has overseen the expansion and development of our Costa Rican operation to the world-class facility it is today.
