1. Describe your job in one sentence?
As Human Resource Manager, my role is responsible for managing all aspects of the employee experience from recruitment right through their Arrotek journey to make sure that everyone has an enjoyable experience, feeling part of the team as each and everyone plays a big part towards Arrotek continued success!
2. What is the best thing about being on the Arrotek Team?
Arrotek truly is a great place to work – the best thing about Arrotek are the people! We have a great team here who all work hard to achieve a common goal, while having some fun along the way!
3. What is a fun fact about you?
While I was backpacking across Australia and New Zealand, we climbed Whakaari (a volcanic island off the coast of the north island of New Zealand). This volcano went on to erupt a few years later while tourists were on it and “The Volcano: Rescue From Whakaari” on Netflix is a documentary based on these events. Oh, and I also have a phobia of cheese (this usually starts a conversation 😊).
