In that time, Hugh has contributed to nearly 30 medical device projects—each one a new opportunity to solve complex challenges and improve patient outcomes.

Hugh’s role at Arrotek has taken him through the full product development lifecycle, from early-stage design to full-scale manufacturing. “Many of the projects I’ve worked on have been truly innovative, pushing the boundaries of medical technology,” says Hugh. “The diversity of challenges keeps my work engaging and fulfilling.”

When Hugh joined Arrotek, the company had around 20 employees. Today, we’re a team of over 100. “Being part of that journey, watching the company expand and evolve while maintaining its commitment to innovation and quality, has been truly inspiring,” he says.
