Arrotek has been shortlisted for two awards at the inaugural Life Science Industry Awards. We are finalists in the Life Sciences Company of the Year – SME award, as well as the Best Engineering Project/Facility award.
The Life Science Industry Awards was established to celebrate and recognise excellence in Ireland’s life sciences sector. The awards are open to medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology companies with operations in Ireland, with the winners announced next month at an awards ceremony at the Crowne Plaza, Santry, Dublin.
Richard McLoughlin, Sales and Marketing Manager at Arrotek, said: “We would have been delighted to have been shortlisted in one category but to be finalists in two categories is fantastic recognition for the whole Arrotek team.
“We have been on a strong growth trajectory over the past number of years, and we recently completed the construction of a substantial extension to our facility in Sligo to facilitate even further growth. That growth is coming from Ireland and Europe, but we are also significantly increasing our presence in the US.
“The Life Science Industry Awards is an exciting new addition to the annual calendar, and it is great to see such variety on the shortlist, from indigenous Irish companies to the largest global corporations.
“Well done to all the companies who have been shortlisted and we are looking forward to the awards ceremony next month.”
