As Arrotek marks its 20th year in business, it’s also a time to reflect on the individual journeys that have shaped the company’s success. For Áine, who has been part of the team for over 13 years, it’s been a career filled with opportunity, progress, and meaningful connections.
“When I joined Arrotek, the company was still in its infancy,” Áine recalls. “We were based in Strandhill at the time, and there were only about 13 of us. It was hands-on, fast-paced, and exciting — but what really stood out was the team spirit and the strong company culture that quickly made it feel like more than just a workplace.”
Since those early days, Áine has witnessed Arrotek evolve in many ways: from two major facility moves and the introduction of advanced new capabilities, to a growing team of over 100 people and an expanding global customer base.
“I’ve seen us grow and change, but that same culture of collaboration, support, and shared ambition is still at the heart of everything we do. It’s been incredible to be part of that journey.”
But for Áine, Arrotek has meant more than professional growth. “It’s where I’ve made great friendships, created lasting memories, and shared a lot of laughs. It’s a place where people genuinely care about the work they do — and about each other.”
As the company celebrates two decades of progress, Áine is proud of how far Arrotek has come — and excited for what’s ahead.
