As Arrotek celebrates its 20th anniversary, it\u2019s a great time to reflect on the journey that has brought us to where we are today. Adrian Moran, who joined Arrotek in 2007, shares his experience of being part of the company\u2019s incredible growth and evolution over the years.<\/p>\n\n
\u201cI remember those humble beginnings in Arrotek when I first joined in 2007, and it\u2019s hard to believe that was 18 years ago. The early days were very enjoyable, as every week was different. One week, I could be in the office designing, the next, I\u2019d be in manufacturing, and by the end of the month, I might be with a customer somewhere across Europe. It was a fast-paced environment, and there was a lot of quick learning along the way.\u201d<\/p>\n\n
\u201cI joined Mark and Ger in Strandhill, Sligo, a fantastic location right beside the sea and the airport. We would often have customers flying in, and it was just a short walk over to our business unit. That unique setting added to the experience of those early years.\u201d<\/p>\n\n
\u201cIt has been great to be part of the Arrotek story, from our move to Collooney in 2012 to our further expansion in 2019 into this great facility in Finisklin, where we are today. Despite all the changes and growth, one thing has remained the same \u2013 the great atmosphere among the people here. That culture has always made Arrotek a fantastic place to work.\u201d<\/p>\n\n
